1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on tbaj, accessing the tbaj platform, or placing any bet through tbaj services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the tbaj platform, including registered members, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the tbaj website or mobile application.

If you do not agree to these tbaj Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform. tbaj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, tbaj may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To use the full range of tbaj services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during tbaj registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbaj account credentials, including your username and password. tbaj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tbaj support immediately.

• Each person is permitted to hold one tbaj account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must keep your registered contact details current. tbaj is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your tbaj account is for your personal use only.
• tbaj may require additional verification documents before activating full account functionality, including withdrawal access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on tbaj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit on tbaj is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary and are displayed within your tbaj account dashboard at the time of the request.

Deposits to your tbaj account are credited instantly under normal conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact tbaj support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests on tbaj are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under standard conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. tbaj does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once a bet has been placed using those funds.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tbaj are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. By placing a bet on tbaj, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or event. tbaj reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in violation of these terms.

For live cockfighting on tbaj, bets are accepted during the designated betting window before and during each match. Once the betting window closes, no further bets will be accepted for that match. Results are final once confirmed by the tbaj system and payouts are processed immediately after result confirmation.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all tbaj games and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• tbaj VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits. See the VIP page for details.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, tbaj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to latency or technical issues — will be voided and stakes returned.
• tbaj does not accept bets from individuals who have knowledge of the outcome of an event prior to placing their bet.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All tbaj bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion on the tbaj platform.

General bonus rules that apply to all tbaj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period.
• tbaj welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device.
• tbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaj platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using tbaj to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against tbaj transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or games on tbaj.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the tbaj platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities on tbaj for financial gain.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your tbaj account.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to tbaj by anyone under the age of 18.

tbaj monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, tbaj may freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding.

10 Limitation of Liability

While tbaj makes every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, tbaj does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to third-party services such as payment processors or live streaming providers.

• tbaj is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the tbaj platform.
• tbaj's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident.
• tbaj is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• tbaj is not liable for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms limits tbaj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your tbaj account at any time by contacting tbaj support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

tbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these tbaj Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, tbaj reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits will be returned after investigation, unless they are subject to a fraud or chargeback dispute.
